Digital Product Refund Policy

Because Infinitely Des Studio sells digital products, all sales are generally final once the files have been delivered or downloaded. We do not accept returns or exchanges on downloadable products.

Please review the product description, file type, dimensions, compatibility, and included files before purchasing.

If you receive the wrong file, a damaged or unusable file, have trouble accessing your download, or are charged more than once for the same order, please contact Infinitely Des Studio so we can help resolve the issue.

If a refund or cancellation is required by applicable consumer law, those rights will still apply.
